For several years, Martin was a manager and assistant manager at Non-League Football Clubs in the Midlands Area. He then went to work for Aston Villa FC as a National Talent Identification Scout where he remained there for over seventeen years.

During Martin’s seventeen years at Aston Villa FC he was the Head of Recruitment in the Midlands and ran two development centres in Leicester and the Hinckley area for their Academy. Now, Martin heads up our Head of Football Recruitment and coordinates the teams across the UK helping the team provide feedback to the players on their performances, as well as providing match reports to the London Office.

Eva previously worked as a legal assistant in Australia for 4 years before relocating to the UK. Her law degree and experience in contract preparation enables her to contribute on technical and contractual matters for players.

Her efficient but friendly manner enables her to play a key role liaising with parents and players. Eva assists by managing player documentation and liaising with FIFA, the FA and the players’ clubs, organising travel for different members of the Division X team across the UK and abroad and DX’s players and their families, as well as various other player and parent matters that can arise.

Eva is a keen football fan and can also communicate with clients and players in both English and Spanish.

Konyé has gained extensive experience in the football industry. He has had exposure at all levels of football, from amateur and semi-pro to fall professional. Konyé has worked with players of all ages, from academy level to the first team and has, himself, played football professionally. He played futsal for London Helvecia FC when they won the national league championship and qualified to play in the UEFA Cup. At youth level, he also played for Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and later was asked to trial with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Konyé also has many years of coaching experience at all levels. As a UEFA licensed coach, Konyé has developed over 100 players over a span of 10 years from academy, semi-pro, Premier League, Champions League to international and World Cup players.

Konyé has been invited to sit on the board of the English AFA. He has coached teams in futsal, national teams and UEFA cup teams.

In addition to his varied involvement in the football industry, Konyé has a law degree and also two decades of experience in international marketing and event management. Together with Division X Sports, this has enabled Konyé to support players both on and off the pitch.

Ricky is a dynamic leader in the fields of sports and entertainment management, with a distinguished career in talent development and brand collaborations. His journey began in the music industry as a drummer and has evolved into a multifaceted career that bridges both sports and entertainment.

Beyond talent management, Ricky has a robust background in branding and brand collaborations. He has successfully orchestrated numerous partnerships that enhance the visibility and marketability of the artists and athletes he represents. His strategic approach to branding has consistently resulted in impactful and lasting collaborations that elevate both personal and brand profiles, a technique he has been able to implement within the Division X roster. This has enabled player ‘brand’ growth, making our athletes a more attractive collaborator for leading brands and products.

Ricky’s comprehensive expertise in sports and entertainment management, coupled with his innovative approach to branding and collaborations, positions him as a leading force in the industry, dedicated to fostering the growth and success of talent across the globe

Jos has worked as a Local Government adviser for sports across the Midlands for over 20 years. During this time, Jos has worked tirelessly within grassroots and inner-city football and obtained his UEFA ‘B’ Coaching qualification as part of his work. As a result of this work, Jos was then recruited as Director of Football at an established semi-professional Midlands club - a role he held for almost 10 years.

Alongside this, Jos worked for Aston Villa FC as a development centre coach and talent identification representative within the Leicester & Leicestershire area. As well as these roles, Jos has also coached football teams overseas and was recruited for Summer Soccer Coaching positions in the US from 1988 – 1991. His many roles over decades, in English football and abroad, have made Jos an excellent addition to the team and a valuable support to all DBW’s players.
